I went to my first showing in 2009, the group I always see puts the lipstick V on your forehead, then they call the virgins to the front of the theater and everyone gets a balloon, blows it up and puts it between their legs. Then the cast pops the balloons with their teeth so symbolize their cherries being popped :) if there are a lot of virgins they will pick 4-5 to make orgasm sounds, sometimes in a cartoon character's voice or yelling their parents' names haha
